Fun in the Sun

It's been so nice being able to get outside this week (in between the bursts of torrential rain).

Eliana has her first ear infection :-( and hasn't been too interested in eating. Levi is talking up a storm. New words this week are: no, noodle, up please, buddy, and moe moo ("more milk"). Elijah is continuing to be "Mr. Social" and makes friends in the park at the drop of a hat.

Nathan is busy studying this week as his ordination counsel is this Saturday! As of Sunday, life will be a lot more enjoyable in the Thiry household! Ordination this weekend, graduation from seminary next friday! Woot woot! (I'm a bit excited :-))

He is Risen Indeed!!!

I hope you that you had a great day remembering the fact that Jesus is very much alive! The kids and I enjoyed church today- a great time of worship, and hearing Todd preach on John 11, that Jesus is the Resurrection and the Life.

Today was doubly special, as Eliana also turned 3 months old! It's hard to believe that we've had her for that long already. She's doing well, and really starting to "come alive" with smiles and interaction. She had an upper GI this week as she's been having some feeding trouble, but I think everything is ok. Her feedings are finally starting to pick up.

For the past 10 days, it's just been me and the kids as Nathan's been in Louisiana on a missions trip. Distance definitely makes me appreciate my dear husband all the more! I don't think I'm cut out to be a single parent! Thankfully, he's supposed to arrive home around 1am tonight.

Gone are the days of the quck and easy cute picture sessions...

Elijah and I made bird nests yesterday (rice crispy treats with green coconut and candy eggs)

The kids are loving the warm weather, and we're taking advantage of going outside. No more snow, please?!

This is how I found Levi sleeping the other day. He "cracks" me up.

The boys love holding hands on walks now. Last week at the mall I asked them to hold hands so I wouldn't lose one of them. Now they think it's fun :-)

I don't feel good....

I have the Flu, a spider bit my head, and daddy's out of town...
