We are home from the hospital! They discharged Levi last night. It's so nice to have everyone under the same roof again. I think Elijah missed his brother too. So, Doctor's orders are to stay home with Levi for a couple of weeks, monitor his breathing, make sure his temp doesn't spike again... Now if I could shake my sinus infection (?) and Elijah's ears would get better. Nathan is such a blessing! God sovereignly orchestrated a blizzard for us this morning so Nathan's seminary would be closed today and he can take care of us :-)

Please pray for Levi. We had to take him to the ER tonight, and he'll probably be in for at least 48 hours. They suspect he has RSV, and he had to have blood and urine tests, a spinal tap, and chest x-rays (poor boy!) We're waiting on test results. Elijah also has a double ear infection and is running a high fever, so we're heart broken and running a bit tired. I'll keep you posted.

Levi's one month birthday is sadly marked by his first ever cold. But, to make him feel better about the event, Elijah and I decided to join him in his misery :-) Both boys have had a bit of a fever and a lot of congestion (Elijah has the worst end of it). They've kept me so busy that I don't have much time to realize I'm sick too. But, as busy as it is, I love the fact that the boys are more cuddly than normal--something I'll gladly take advantage of.
As for the funny story...
Tonight Elijah was taking his bath as usual, but this time he discovered something neat to color with instead of his bathtub crayons! I'll spare you the details, but you'll see in the picture that he produced his own "paint," and he was quite thrilled to see how many places he could put it (but thankfully not in his mouth... that I'm aware of).
Here are some pics...

Ok, so I'm going to give Blogger a shot again. I have no idea how to use it, but hopefully I can figure it out. Feel free to give me pointers if you want!
So, today I had some fun with photos of Elijah and Levi. I wanted to lay them side by side and match age and pose to see how much they do/don't look alike. Can you tell who is whom?
Do they look like brothers, or do they share the same fate as my sister and I?
